Shipping Time Estimates

  • In-Stock Pergolas:
    • Metro areas: 5-10 business days
    • Regional areas: 7-14 business days
  • Pre-Order Pergolas: Estimated delivery times displayed on product page

  • Please note: It may take up to 10 working days from the date of payment for your item to be dispatched. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

    Delivery Service

    All pergola components are carefully packaged for safe transportation.


    Returns

    Returns for In-Stock Pergolas
    You may return an in-stock pergola within 30 days of the delivery date for a full store credit less the shipping, provided the pergola is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

    Returns for Pre-Order and Custom Pergolas
    Due to their customized nature, pre-order and custom pergolas are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Missing Parts
    Reporting Damage:
    If you notice any damage or missing parts upon delivery:

    • Note the damage on the driver's delivery paperwork before signing for acceptance.
    • Take clear photos of the damage, including any damage to the packaging.
    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

    Replacement Parts:
    We will promptly ship replacement parts for any damaged or missing items at no cost to you.

    Full Refund Policy
    We will provide a full refund (including shipping) if:

    • The faulty item is found to be defective and we are unable to fix or replace it.
    • The item was incorrectly described in the website listing.
