Warranty Information

At Luxi Living, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience possible. All of our products come with at least a 12 month warranty, and the warranty information for each item can be found in the product description. If you encounter any problems with your product within the warranty period, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If your product is found to be "dead on arrival" (DOA), we will replace it at our expense. If you change your mind after making a purchase, we will issue a store credit (minus any shipping and handling fees) and you can return the item to us at your own cost. The item must be returned in "as new" condition, along with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warranty period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit. Claims for items outside the warranty period will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
