1. Promotion Period
The Luxi Living Afterpay Day Sales promotion is valid from 00:01 AM AEDT on 19 March 2026 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 March 2026.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Spend
Customers who make a qualifying purchase of Luxi Living products in a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive a digital Gift Card based on the following spend tiers:

• Spend $1,000 – $2,999, receive a $100 Gift Card.
• Spend $3,000 – $5,999, receive a $400 Gift Card.
• Spend $6,000 or more, receive a $1,000 Gift Card.
• Spend totals are calculated based on the final price paid after any other applicable discounts and excluding shipping costs.

3. Gift Card Redemption & Usage

• Next Purchase Only: Gift Cards issued as part of this promotion are valid for use on next purchases only. They cannot be applied to the transaction in which they were earned.
• Validity: Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issuance.
• Non-Exchangeable: Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Delivery: Digital Gift Cards will be sent to the customer’s registered email address within 7 business days after the promotion ends

4. Returns & Order Cancellations

• If an order is cancelled or items are returned for a refund, and the new total spend falls below the original qualifying tier, the Gift Card will be voided.
• If the Gift Card has already been redeemed on a subsequent purchase, the value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the refund amount of the original qualifying purchase.

5. General Conditions

• This offer is available exclusively online at the Luxi Living website.
• This promotion may be used in conjunction with Afterpay payment methods, subject to Afterpay's own lending criteria and terms.
• Luxi Living reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions apply to all "Gift with Purchase" promotional campaigns (including bonus gift cards, digital rewards, and physical promotional items) offered by Luxi Living, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's details.

1. Qualifying Purchases

• Minimum Spend: To be eligible for a promotional gift or bonus gift card, customers must meet the specified minimum spend threshold in a single transaction.
• Qualifying Items: Unless otherwise stated in the specific campaign, only the purchase of eligible, full-priced items contributes toward the minimum spend threshold. Shipping fees, taxes, and certain excluded items (such as discounted, sale, clearance, or special-priced merchandise) do not count toward the qualifying amount.
• Net Calculation: The minimum spend requirement is always calculated after any applicable discounts, promotions, or store credits have been applied to the cart.

2. Promotional Gifts & Rewards

• Physical Gifts: All physical promotional items are subject to availability and are offered strictly while stocks last. Luxi Living reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the original promotional item becomes unavailable.
• Bonus Gift Cards & Store Credit: Any promotional gift cards or digital credits issued are subject to standard Luxi Living Gift Card policies. They are valid for the period specified upon issuance and can be applied to future purchases as outlined in the specific promotion.
• Redemption Limits: Gifts, rewards, and bonus gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
• Transaction Limit: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a limit of one promotional gift or bonus gift card applies per qualifying transaction, per customer.

3. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a purchased item that originally qualified you for a promotional gift or bonus reward, the following return conditions apply:

• Returning Physical Gifts: The promotional gift must be returned in its original, unused condition along with the qualifying purchased item(s). If the gift is not returned, or is returned used/damaged, the standard retail value of the gift will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
• Returning Gift Cards/Credits: Luxi Living will immediately cancel or void the issued bonus gift card. If the gift card has already been partially or fully redeemed by the customer, the redeemed value will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned items.

4. General Conditions

• Offer Combinations: "Gift with Purchase" offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or special financing options unless specifically authorized by Luxi Living.
• Modifications: Luxi Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Standard Policies: Standard product terms, warranties, and return policies apply to all goods purchased during the promotional period.
