These terms and conditions apply to all promotional discount codes, automatic discounts, and site-wide promotional pricing offered by Living Culture, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion details.

1. Application & Redemption

• Code Entry: Promotional discount codes must be entered into the designated field at checkout or applied directly via an official promotional link prior to completing the transaction. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Automatic Discounts: Automatic discounts will apply automatically at checkout once all relevant eligibility criteria and cart requirements are met.
• Calculations: Percentage-based or fixed-value discounts are calculated against the purchase price of eligible items, excluding shipping charges, service fees (including installation), and applicable taxes.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

• Qualifying Items: Unless specifically stated otherwise, discount codes and automatic promotions apply only to full-priced merchandise.
• Standard Exclusions: Sale items, clearance products, bundled savings, previous purchases, gift cards, shipping costs, and service fees are strictly excluded from promotional discounts.
• Usage Limits: Discount codes are limited to one use per customer and per transaction, unless explicitly advertised as re-usable.

3. Stacking & Combination Rules

• Non-Stacking Default: Unless an offer is explicitly designated as "stackable" or "combinable," discount codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes, automatic discounts, site-wide sales, clearance pricing, or Gift with Purchase promotions.
• Conflict Resolution (Stackable vs. Non-Stackable):

○ A discount code designated as Non-Combinable (Non-Stackable) is exclusive; applying it will disqualify all other active discount codes and automatic discounts for that transaction.

○ If a combination of Stackable discounts and Non-Stackable discounts are available or entered at checkout, the system will compare:

■ The total savings from the single best Non-Stackable discount; versus

■ The total aggregated savings from all eligible Stackable discounts applied together.

○ The checkout system will automatically apply whichever option provides the highest overall discount value (Best Value) to the customer. You cannot manually combine a Non-Stackable code with Stackable codes.

4. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If an item purchased with a promotional discount or discount code is returned for a refund, the following conditions apply:

• Refund Amount: The refund will equal the actual amount paid for the returned item after the discount was applied, not the full original retail value.
• Minimum Spend Threshold Adjustments: If a discount code required a minimum spend threshold and a partial return causes the order total to fall below that threshold, the discount will be invalidated. The remaining items in your order will revert to their standard retail price, and the discount value will be deducted from your total refund amount.
• Code Reissuance: Single-use promotional codes used on returned orders are considered fully redeemed and will not be reissued or restored to the customer account.

5. General

• Discount codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash or credit redemption value.
• Luxi Living reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, modify or invalidate discount codes, or cancel orders where unauthorised, altered, or fraudulent usage is suspected.
• Luxi Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional discount, code, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Standard product terms, warranty, and return policies apply to all purchased goods.

These terms and conditions apply to all "Gift with Purchase" promotional events (including bonus gift cards and physical promotional items) offered by Luxi Living, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion details.

1. Qualifying Purchases

• To be eligible for a promotional gift or bonus gift card, customers must meet the specified minimum spend threshold in a single transaction.
• Qualifying Items Only: Only individual, full-priced merchandise counts toward the minimum spend threshold. Sale items, bundled savings, free gift offers, shipping, and service fees (including installation) are strictly excluded.
• Calculation Order: The minimum spend requirement is calculated on the net transaction amount after all applicable discount codes, automatic discounts, or store credits have been applied.

2. Promotional Gifts (Physical Items & Gift Cards)

• Physical Gifts: All physical promotional gifts are subject to availability and are offered strictly while stocks last. Luxi Living reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable.
• Bonus Gift Cards: Promotional gift cards will be issued subject to standard Luxi Living Gift Card terms. They are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases (including sale items).
• Gifts and bonus gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional gift or bonus gift card will be awarded per qualifying transaction, per customer.

3. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a purchased item that qualified you for a promotional gift or bonus gift card, or if a partial return causes your remaining order value to fall below the minimum spend threshold:

• If you received a physical gift: The unused promotional gift must be returned in its original condition along with the returned item. If the gift is not returned, or is returned used/damaged, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your final refund amount.
• If you received a bonus gift card: Luxi Living will either cancel the issued gift card or, if the gift card has already been partially or fully redeemed, deduct the used value of the gift card from your final refund amount.

4. General

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or financing options unless specifically stated in the promotion details or permitted under our Discount Combination Rules.
• Luxi Living reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Standard product terms, warranty, and return policies apply to all purchased goods.

Conditions

• The 5% discount applies only when an eligible full-priced pergola and professional installation service are purchased together as a package.
• The maximum discount available under this offer is $3,600 per qualifying package.
• Clearance items, discounted pergolas, accessories and other additional products are excluded from the offer.
• If an order is changed or cancelled so that it no longer meets the offer requirements, the discount may be removed or adjusted accordingly.
