By purchasing, receiving, or using a Luxi Living e-Gift Card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Validity
Luxi Living e-Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be redeemable.

Redemption
e-Gift Cards may be used to purchase any products available on the Luxi Living website, subject to availability.

If your order exceeds the available balance on the e-Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
e-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, unless required by law.

Lost, stolen, or misused cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Balance Inquiry
To check the balance of your e-Gift Card, please refer to the original gift card email or contact our customer service team at support@luxiliving.co.nz.

Limitations
e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Promotional discounts or codes cannot be applied to the purchase of e-Gift Cards.

Fraud & Abuse
Luxi Living reserves the right to cancel any e-Gift Card without notice if it suspects fraud, tampering, or unauthorized use.

Changes to Terms
Luxi Living reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

2. Free Shipping Offer

Orders overĀ $2,000 AUDĀ (after discounts) qualify forĀ free deliveryĀ within selected metro areas:
Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney Metro, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne Metro, Geelong, Adelaide, and Perth.

Delivery to non-listed or regional areas will incur additional freight charges, quoted separately.
