Luxi Living will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.
If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).
If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.

These blinds are excellent value for money and really do the job well. I use to block out afternoon sun if it’s too bright and to keep my patio area dry when it’s raining. Highly recommend.

Excellent product and really outstanding service - staff were super helpful and the screen only took a short while to install (I know it looks a bit baggy at the top on the back but its a very old deck that isn't as flat as it should be, along the bottom it's as tight as a drum and has really cut down the wind AND the hideous view of the neighbours lol!

This was the perfect solution for a bit more privacy without losing too much sunlight for the front bedroom of our house. There is ample tension and handles wind and rain a lot better than I expected. Even contemplating getting a few more for the back deck now.
