Installation Step-by-Step Instructions:

Preliminary Positioning: Insert all screws into their respective holes. Hand-tighten each until snug tight (finger tight). The bracket must remain loose and adjustable.
Alignment & Adjustment: With all screws loose, adjust the entire bracket to its correct position. Ensure it is level, plumb, and perfectly aligned.
Final Torquing: Once fully aligned, proceed to fully tighten all screws uniformly and securely following the manufacturer's specifications.
Exception Handling (Critical): If any screw exhibits high resistance or binds during installation:
- STOP. Do not force it.
- Back out the screw completely.
- Inspect the screw and threaded hole for damage or debris.
- Re-align the screw and attempt to restart it by hand.
- If resistance persists, replace the screw to isolate the fault.

Key Warning: Never cross-thread or force a screw, as this will damage the threads.

Luxi Living will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.

If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.
