Easy to install. Its basically a like assembling a Mocka or Ikea on a larger scale. Looks great next to my new pool. Can't wait for summer to arrive.
Excellent product, being a builder I have constructed 3 or 4 louver pergola’s. This was by far a better product in quality and engineering.
We were impressed how easy it was to install by two people in about 3 hours. All the parts were clearly marked and the instructions easy to follow.
Looks so much better, looks fairly strong and didn’t get dripped on once whilst in the spa, the guys that installed it did a brilliant job to, highly recommended.
The kit is of a high build quality which was simply put together by the family. All the joins and connections come together and look great. We are very happy and looking forward to the benefits for years to come.
We love our pergola it provides so much shade extra space and privacy. Also looks trendy and adds style to our home. We haven't stopped using it breakfast lunch and dinner are had outside now and also the odd party 🥳🥳🥂🍾🥂🍷🍹🍾

Returns
Returns for In-Stock Pergolas
You may return an in-stock pergola within 30 days of the delivery date for a full store credit less the shipping, provided the pergola is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
Returns for Pre-Order and Custom Pergolas
Due to their customized nature, pre-order and custom pergolas are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Parts
Reporting Damage:
If you notice any damage or missing parts upon delivery:
- Note the damage on the driver's delivery paperwork before signing for acceptance.
- Take clear photos of the damage, including any damage to the packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Replacement Parts:
We will promptly ship replacement parts for any damaged or missing items at no cost to you.
