Luxi Living will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.
The wind sensor automatically retracts the awning when wind speeds exceed your chosen threshold, helping reduce the risk of wind-related damage.
For maximum protection, we recommend retracting the awning whenever strong winds or severe weather are forecast.
If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).
If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.
How to Clean Your Retractable Awning
Simple steps to keep your awning clean and well-maintained.
1. Extend & Remove Debris Fully extend the awning and remove loose dirt, leaves and debris with a soft brush or vacuum.
2. Wash Gently Use mild, pH-neutral soap with cold or lukewarm water. Clean gently with a soft brush or sponge.
3. Rinse & Air Dry Rinse thoroughly with a gentle garden hose spray. Let the fabric dry completely before retracting.

Never retract while damp Avoid harsh chemicals Do not use hot water Do not use high-pressure water or a pressure washer For motorised models, avoid spraying water directly onto motors, lights or other electrical components.
Supplied brackets allow mounting on concrete, solid brick and structural timber walls. Side mounting, ceiling mounting or mounting between timber beams requires additional brackets, sold separately. Unsure which brackets you need? Send us a photo of your installation area.

Usually not. The awning comes with a power cable and plug, so you can plug it directly into an existing suitable outdoor power socket.

The fabric is water-resistant, rather than fully waterproof, and provides shelter from light rain. Retract the awning during heavy or prolonged rain and storms.

Your company was excellent to deal with. The awning is really good quality. Used to get quite hot under the pergola but the awning has made a great addition to our outdoor living.

Really happy with the awning and the service, the lady I dealt with got back to straight away and helped me with the purchase. I had no trouble installing it and love the way it works. My only disappointment is the Waitangi special which if I'd had know the price of the motorized
version was coming down I would have waited.

Before the Purchase I was told the item would be ready to ship within 48 hours. But just after the purchase they started to tell me that they have received big shipment to their warehouse, so they cannot make the item ready to ship on time. After a few days they stopped responding to my queries. And then I called the hotline and the person who answered told me not sure what has happened and they will call the warehouse and check with them. Eventually I received the item, and the delivery guys were really nice. Thats the only thing I experienced nice with them.
We bought a smaller one of these about 6 months ago and was so happy with it, when we were needing more shade in an area of our resthome we order another, bigger one. These are such good value for money, easy to use and look great.
Good product. Unfortunately it won't work, because where there should be a beam to attach to there isn't so not able to attach it properly.
Plan B is required.
Will use on another job.
