Our full cassette awning is designed for functionality, style, and longevity. When it’s not in use, your awning can be fully retracted and completely covered to be protected from the elements. A handy remote ensures that you can adjust the canopy to suit your needs at the press of a button.

When retracted, our full cassette awning is sleek and unobtrusive. When fully extended, it provides protection from up to 99% of the sun’s harsh UV rays, as well as the ability to withstand up to 50km/h winds. With LED lights, you’ll be able to comfortably use your awning well into the evening, ensuring that no matter the occasion, you and your loved ones are covered.

NB: *The hand crank is designed for emergency use only when the motor has no power.
Please do not use the hand crank frequently during daily operation, as this may disrupt the motor's programming.
When using the hand crank, stop cranking immediately once the awning is fully retracted. Forcing it further may cause damage to the motor and result in failure to reopen the awning.

Luxi Living will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.

If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.
